How do I clear notifier ?

    I think my survey forms are great! But your notifier never erases ! It always thinks I have a crapload of quotes to do ??? Help !

    It's a Chrome extension I found it on Google I thought it was made by you guys

    As you have mentioned above, that it's a Chrome extension, were you able to resolve your issue now?

    If it's related to notifications on Chrome, you can switch if off. Please check the link below:

    Hi!

    I am also using that extension and it seems to work properly for me. I think there can be cache issue, so I've cleared form caches for your account, here is how: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    Can you check if that helped?

    Same thing, even cleared cache in chrome also and then rebooted, signed back into notifier, it says I have 94 !  :(

    Hi,

    May I ask what is the account you are signed in with extension? Maybe there are some forms with unread submissions in Trash folder so that is why it shows 94?
