Mainly my issue is that people who are doing quotes are not submitting them completely.

Please see the video and tell me how to fix this ??!!

Thanks for explaining the issue on the video. We appreciate it.

So the problem is that the form did not scroll back to the top for the users to see the thank you page or fill the captcha. This makes them believed that the form is already submitted. It is highly likely that the form script that should perform the scroll back to top failed to work due to script conflict or its embedded containers.

The easiest way to fix this is to re-embed your form using its iframe embed code. See if this makes a difference.

Please let us know how it goes.

I did what you said and turned on "auto design to fit your site"

It actually looked pretty good, except at the point where I was going to give the visitor the option to submit or continue, they no longer get the option (have to do all 16 questions) I can see people saying heck with this! But then also at the end I could not SUBMIT ???

I checked this page https://jiffyprintonline.com/quick-quote/ and I can see that it is still embedded using the script tag. Did you already remove the script embed code and replaced with iframe code https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code?

Ok, so I think I have it working properly full screen and it even submits, but two problems.

    1. It makes everyone one do 16 questions when initially I wanted to give people the option to do a simple quote or click that page divider thing (that hides more than half the form)

And if they wanted to continue, they could choose to click to add details (lots more questions)

So can we make that work?

    2. After you submit, it just sits there in full-screen mode and doesn't go away ?? All you see is THANK YOU, not go back to jiffy or click to close or it times out in a couple of seconds and closes ??

What do you have for that please ?

FYI I'm using Chrome, seems like it shrinks back to iframe in firefox.
