Questions on Subscription Refund

    I upgraded my account to Bronze. I meant to select monthly but ended up paying for a full year. If I want to cancel at some point, do i get a refund?

    Yes, you are entitled to receive a refund any time during your subscription period. Even if you want to switch to a monthly subscription, you can downgrade your account to Free, and then re-upgrade to the bronze monthly subscription.

    For now, you can continue using the Jotform subscription and you can get in touch with us if you wish to cancel the subscription.
