Is it possible to give client access to form analytics without giving them full access to all forms in the account?

One of our clients wants to see insights to their form. We don't want to give them full access as we have all our other clients forms in the same account.

Can we give client access just to their own form to view their Form Analytics?

It's currently not possible, maybe you can remote them to view your screen and you can go to form analytics to show them the statistics.

Another way is to have them create the form and send us a request to move the form to their account temporarily and they can view Analytics using their own account. Once done, you can ask them to request to move the form back to your account.

I hope those suggestions helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

    Hello Jed,

    Thank you for the reply.

I guess this could be an idea for a future feature :)

    Thanks for your help.

In the Jotform Enterprise plan, you can add sub-users, so you can provide them access to specific forms. Please visit the Enterprise page:

There you will find the pricing page:

So, they will have access to the Form Analytics of the specific form you shared.

Ok, I'm on the highest Gold package.

I don't need that many logins.

    But thanks for your response.
