I am about to send out a campain to over 2000 people. I have no idea who many will respond. I am currently on the free plan. On the free plan, I am only allowed 100 submissions per month. What happens if I get more than 100 submissions when I send out my campaign?
Will you withhold sending moer than 100 of those submissions to me?
Same question if I sign up for the Premium plan for 1000 submissions. What happens if I go over the 1000 submissions in a month?

First of all, thank you for using jotform!
Upon going over your set plan limit you will be notified via email. Once this happens any submission sent will not be processed. Now, if you are expecting to receive more than 2 thousand entries then go ahead and upgrade to the highest package. After a certain period wherein you are expecting less traffic and everything has been processed downgrade after that.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for posting your inquiry. When you reach the maximum number of submissions (i.e. 100 for Free account and 1000 for Premium account), the form will be disabled. So, your visitors will not be able to submit any data at all. Note that the cap in the number of submissions is per account.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for considering JotForm!
