My clients can not upload Documents and I am wondering why I can add only 7 questions. if if add more, I can only see 7 online.

    Hello,

    I have tested your form and was able to upload an image without any problem. You must have received that test submission. Is there any error your clients get when they are uploading documents? 

    Also, can you add more questions so we could check why only 7 are appearing online? At the moment your embedded form seems to correctly display questions you have in form.

    Hello, 

    The problem seems to be isolated to your end. I have now cleared form caches for your account, can you please clear browser cache too and then check form again?
