Form name change not showing up

Hi, I changed the name of a form, cleared the cache and yet when I copy paste the link after publishing, I am seeing the old name show up in the thumbnail. I changed the name of the form from Supermoms_700 to Superhumans. Also, I am not able to see the image in the thumbnail which is the first image on the actual form. Does it make a difference if I have selected "Hide" for the image on the form builder so that it does not show up on the form itself? I only want it to show up as an image thumbnail while sharing.

For image thumbnail, I'm afraid we do not have any direct option to set it. But, you can try adding form Logo or Heading Image, not sure if this will work for your particular case, but those ones can be captured for link share:
