Pay one time for 2 educational accounts?

    Hi - I applied for an educational discount, and was approved - however, I'd like to pay at one time for my account, and an account for a co-worker on my team. 

    Is this possible?  Or does she have to create a free account, then apply for the educational discount, then pay separately?

    She would need to create a separate account and then apply for the educational discount and pay separately.

    Otherwise, you will need accounts, which are upgraded separately.

    Hi IvayloK, 

    Is it Jotform's expectation that each user is licensed?  Or can shared accounts (shared logins) be utilized?  Looking for clarification on whether or not this violates the terms of service, prior to purchasing the upgrade.

    It is required to have each account licensed if your co-worker will be opening her own account and paid separately. However, if you will be sharing login credentials and have both of you access the account this is also allowed. It should not cause an issue with forms or submission data.
