    Hi there,

Do you want to restrict a specific domain only or whole email address? I'd like to know this, so I can think of a personalized method. There is no feature to do this, but a workaround can be made.

Example, you can hide form fields or the submit button when the email field contains the domain jotform.com. You only need to add conditional logic such as below:

Thank you for your response. We have about 80 persons who we want to be able to utilize the form. Is there a way to modify the form so that only these 80 persons (all will different email address prefixes) can submit requests AND so the submitter receives an error message noting that "you are not permissioned to use this form" if an email address is entered that does not match one of the 80 provisioned?

In order to create such restriction, you'll have to create that many conditions that would check the user's input. As my colleague explained in previous reply. I'm afraid we don't have another option.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Thank you!

I apologize, my colleague just reminded me of Spreadsheet to form widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/spreadsheet_to_form

You can set the list of allowed emails in Excel file, and if your users don't enter the proper email, you can set the conditional logic that will show the rest of the form.

Here is the example form you can test:

Email: email1@example.com will work in that form.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!
