Offline mode not working

    I turned my phone onto airplane mode and tied submitting my ticket. It does not seem to have saved my form to be submitted when connected to internet. Instead of displaying "Thank you! Your data saved and will be submitted once you come back online.", I got an error message "Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet."

    Please advise. Thank you!

    May we know if you have enabled offline mode for your form?

    To check, in your Jotform Mobile Form App go to settings>Offline Forms

    Enable Sync with Cellular Data and select your form to be added as Offline form.


    Please check it out and let us know if the issue still remains.
