ActiveCampaign Integration: Not all Tags available from Jotform Integration drop drown

    Hello,

    I cannot get the jotform integration drop downs to refresh when I change my tags in Activecampaign.

    I have cleared cache and cookies, and turned off the integration and re-authorized.

    The drop down options are the original options from Activecampaign when I first set-up. I have cleaned them up.

    Please help.

    I have cloned your form and was testing the tags, as far as I can see it shows the tags from the fields from your form as well as the tags added on Active Campaign, example: 

    This is what I can see on my Active Campaign account:

    I would recommend you to kindly try removing the integration, go to the form builder, click on the settings section and go to the integrations section, click on Active Campaign and delete the current integration. Then you may add the integration again as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/568-How-to-integrate-ActiveCampaign-with-your-form

    Thanks for looking at this.

    I de- and re-integrated the form with Activecampaign.

    The tag options have not refreshed.

    Please see the tag list from Active Campaign.

    The 2nd and 3rd tags (~ survey) do not show up in Jotform's drop-down.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that only the first 20 tags in the ActiveCampaign account will show in Jotform during integration. I have forwarded your concern to our developers so they can have a closer look. Once we have an update we will notify you in this thread the soonest.

    Hello Telfer,

    We have checked the issue which assigned by our support team.


    During the investigation, we figured out that getting tag list limits set as 20 entry default. We have increased with 100 tags.


    It looks working well now.


    Please re-integrate your form with ActiveCampaign and keep us informed of your progress.
