Why does incomplete payments are not showing?

Hi there, 

On my other forms incomplete payments show on my submissions page. But on this form they are not. Con someone help? I need to see them. Thank you!

Hi, 

I have checked your payment gateway and you are using Paypal Check Out integration. This type of payment gateway is like a pre-approved payment, it's like all the payment will go through if there are no sufficient funds on your user's account it will show an error message. So, that's the reason why the 'Incomplete Submission" is not on this form, because all the payment went through. 

Your other forms use, Standard Paypal Integration because there's an option for your users not to make a payment and just submit the form.
