Is there a way to be able to scroll through a form?

Is there a way to be able to scroll through a form (like how you can with your text message threads) instead of having to answer question by question?

I see you are using the card form layout. The answer to the question is Yes and No. Yes, because you can view all the cards and navigate by scrolling. See below:

Click See All button and use the mouse scroll button to move pages.

No, because when you are viewing a single card, you cannot use the scroll button to navigate pages. You can, however, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to do that.

I am using this on a mobile device. What layout do I need to use in order to achieve what I am trying to do? I want to be able to scroll through on my mobile device with out having to view a single card first?

You can delete your welcome page. So, your form will display directly the first question and you will be able to tap at the bottom of the page and display all questions. Then you can just scroll through the questions. Please refer to the attachments.
