    I am testing the service.

    The confirmation page is not working correctly.

    I do not receive the confirmation and the sending mail.

    I could not reproduce the problem on the cloned version.

    After a thorough investigation, I found out that it was due to your Google Calendar Integration. In the Start Date field, you set the field 1 Cuota date picker field. Take note that this field is hidden in your form by default so it is empty when the form is submitted unless you actually fill the field. To fix it, you have to make sure that the 1 Cuota field is filled or change the field in your Google Calendar Integration one that is mandatory and can't be blank.
