Pricing: Choosing between bronze and silver. When people are asked to upload media, this would be the a 'available space' or the 'submission storage'?

    Hi @ThisMonkey,

Uploaded files from forms would be upload space limits. This limit refers to your forms that use a file upload field on them.

Under the Bronze plan, you have 10GB upload space available and on the Silver has 100GB upload space.

Submission storage is the total amount of submissions you can store on your account which includes all your forms. Both Bronze and Silver have Unlimited Submission storage.

Now both of these limits are fixed and do not reset each month like the rest of your limits.

So for Upload limits, if you get close to your limits. You need to delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear your storage space. Here's how: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

I would suggest exporting your submission data first before you delete the submission data. Here's How: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
