Uploaded photos are not accessible.

    Screenshot photo submissions are not being shown on the pdf that I receive by email for each submission. I'm also not able to open any picture files as it says it cannot load. Any idea on how to fix this?

    I assume this is the form in question https://www.jotform.us/form/83446269958172

    If you're referring to the last submission on that form, the uploaded images can be viewed in your form submissions.

    If they are not shown on the PDF sent to you, I suggest downloading the PDF again in your form's submissions page.

    Thanks EltonChris! Any idea why the resources in the email aren't working though? like for instance the thumbnail preview of the image and the direct link to the image file?

    Please try opening your Jotform account before checking the email and let us know if the issue still persists.

    I checked your Privacy Settings page and you enable these options:

    You can disable it and try viewing the email again and let us know if the issue still persists.
