How to add pop-up definition or hover texts?

Hi,

I am creating a form using Jotforms and I want to include definitions of a few words in the forms. I have seen this on websites where you see a little (?) to the right of a term and you hover the mouse over it and the definition or explanation pops up. Is this possible using Jotforms? Thanks!

Do you mean the texts/description when you hover in the question or fields? If so, please check my screenshot below for reference:

Click the settings or cog icon in the field and look for the "Hover Text" option then add your description there.
