Upload File Link - Not able to open thru e-mail

Hello, we have an upload file link on our contact us form. Whenever a file is submitted, and we retrieve off of the email, the link never opens up the file. It takes us to a page that says, " Whoops! Unfortunately the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved, or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry." And there is picture of a cat fishing on the bottom of the page. Can you please look into this for us? We really need this upload form to work. Thank you.
