do not disable my forms, I renewed

    As a long time subscriber, I dont know why you would provide only 24 hours before you below out a subscirbers forms.

    It tells me I need to upgrade, but I already have an upgraded account.

    This happened before - someone needs to check my account.

    I also renewed for a year on the first email I got saying my CC expired, then within 60 minutes I got an email that says


    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month.

    I think you guys are confused... I am a premium subscriber and I renewed.

    Hi Rich,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    The account under the email address RICH@NAPERVILLEMUSIC.COM should be fine.

    I can see that a payment was made on March 28 for 1 year Premium account subscription.
    The next billing period should be on March 28 of 2012.
    The forms will not be disabled and account is not scheduled for suspension.
