    This is the worst customer service I have ever received. 

    I can see that you do not do phone support but I have questions that I need attention and I do not want to keep going back and forth in emails

    As you've already known, unfortunately we do not offer phone support.

    Should you have questions, you can ask us directly and we will try to answer your concerns / questions as much as we can on our first response. Please give us all the details necessary for your concern to hopefully prevent the communication from going back and forth.

    You may also post screenshots if you think that can explain your scenario better.
