I have created a form and need to add an approval workflow process, whereby the form user enters the approver's email address?

I have created a form and need to add an approval workflow process, however I cant seem to find anywhere if this is possible whereby the form user enters an email address for the person to approve their submission, rather than a pre-determined address.

Basically - I need the form to be completed by the user, then this be sent to an 'approver' of their choice and the form returned after that process to me, the form owner! Thanks you in advance.

You can add another email field for users to enter address:

Then, additional autoresponder email can be set up to capture the entered address, here is how:
