Why does the PayPal Connection wizard keep asking me to set up a PayPal

    Why does the PayPal Connection wizard keep asking me to set up a PayPal Business Account. I already have a business account with the log in I am providing?

    The problem is that when I try to connect, it wants me to create a business account with PayPal. It's like it doesn't recognize my login information for PayPal. I have checked to make sure that our account is in fact a Business Account. And it is. So why when I try to connect does it ask me to create a business account?

    If yes, then this is the normal setup. Just use your existing business PayPal account to login.

    If you're required to enter additional details, it could be that your current PayPal account has missing required info in order for JotForm to connect. If this is the case, I would suggest you to go to your PayPal account and fill out necessary information. You may also try logging out and logging in, or clearing your browser cache afterwards, before re-integrating PayPal to JotForm.

    I figured out why it was asking me to set up an account. If I try going in while I am set at Live Mode, it follows exactly what you have showing. But, if I am in Test Mode, it goes through a completely different set of screens.

    And, we still have the problem that we are not getting confirmation email from PayPal. I realize this is not a JotForms problem. However, I am wondering if we would get that email if the Business account has been set up and being use otherwise. I will get in touch with PayPal to see if this is the case.
