Redirecting users to a different page based on two Form Calculation results.

    I have several questions:

    1. I need the action of the Submit button to be conditional.

    Condition 1
If the value in "Total FLAT Amount Pledges" is greater than '0' I need to have the user directed to a Square Credit Card checkout with the value in the "Total FLAT Amount Pledges" field.

    Condition 2
If the value in the Total PER LAP Pledges field is greater than '0' I need to have the user sent to a thank you page.

    Question #2
Is there any way to have a $ appear in front of any field that contains a dollar value?

    Question #3
Is there a way to format the color of the Collapse buttons to have them stand out a bit more?

I am redesigning this form so the new fields will not match my question but the questions remain even in the new layout

Thank you for contacting us. This is how the form currently looks:

If you have fields that you don't wish to see in the current form layout, you may delete them.

Now, in regards to your two conditions to redirect the user to a different URL(form URL, web page, etc), this can be done in JotForm please see this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

So, you may pass the "Total FLAT Amount Pledges" value to the payment field of another of your form.

However, the form filling process cannot lead the trigger of both conditions to happen at the same time, otherwise, there will be a conflict.

Are these two calculation fields going to generate a value for each submission at the same time?

If that is correct, there can only be one redirection. So, you may consider creating a conditioned Autoreesponder that would contain the URL of the Square payment form: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer, and leaving the default Thank You page.
