Transfer form from enterprise account to normal account with gold subscription

Need to transfer following JotForm to different account.

FROM: chase_keilman

TO: Wadenichols

Form Name: AP Approval Limit Form. (URL attached below)

We need this request to come from the form owner in order to transfer the form to the target username.

Only our backend team has the ability to transfer forms from an enterprise account to a normal account. I have now forwarded your request to our backend team, as soon as we receive an update on this, we will inform you right away.
