Save and return

    I am trying to get save, (return to work form for Ministry Registration.)


    The email i get allows me to get to the form, however i tried filling out a page, click the "next" button and then close out the form.  


    When I come the responses are not saved.  What am I missing?

    It seems that the link on your email has some errors, the link text is showing

    https://form.jotform.com/CEFWI/ministry-registration?session={email}

    however, the actual URL is

    https://form.jotform.com/CEFWI/ministry-registration/session={email}

    notice the highlighted part.

    Thanks --- it is working now

    Another question – can I add a single choice question to the save and return? I’d like to determine the region the person lives in. When I tried to add it the check off boxes don’t show up.
