PayPal pro integration can't process request

    Dear support team,


    Can you help me to build a form with PayPal Pro integration?

    It does not save my answers, nor send me the copy to the email address.

    May we know if you have embedded your form into your web page?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to submit the form.

    Thank you Richie_P for your answer.  I have tried again but it says Security Header is not Valid.


    To answer your question, no I have not embedded on my webpage.

    Hello @Calmia, Thank you for attaching the error message. The Security header is not a valid error is only caused for two reasons:

    1. Wrong credentials: Make sure that you’ve put your API Username, API Password, and API Signature correctly. Sometimes it happens that during copy and paste there is accidentally space added, this would trigger this error.

    2. Wrong endpoints: This error would come up if you send the data to the wrong endpoint. Make sure that you send the live credentials and data to our live endpoint.

    You can find more about this error on the PayPal forum. We request you check your API credentials and endpoint on your form. 

    Do let us know if you have further concerns.

    I checked the API username, and this time I chose Paypal Checkout.

    The result was/is just like the first question I posted, I am stuck.

    I did check your form #92268507787472  "Paypal CheckOut ERROR: Security Header is Not Valid YIN AND CALM 1910821J" and there is no PayPal Pro payment tool added in this form.

    With which form you are having this issue with? Do get back to us on this and we will take a look.

    Thank you.  I was testing other payment on other form.
    I added the payment tool again.
