    Hi,

I duplicated a form but the name of the old form is showing up in the browser on laptop and mobile.  Previous form was "RSVP:  Artists for Stacey Abrams"  New form is : Next 2019 Presented by NBAF

    Hi,

You can change the form title that appears on browser through the Form Settings page. Please follow these steps to access the form's settings page:

    1. Select the "Next 2019 Presented by NBAF" then click on "edit" to access the form builder.

    2. Click on the Settings tab located on the top of the page.

     3. On the Form Settings will show you the "Title" option, then you edit the title on the text box.

I cloned your form and ran a test on my end.

I hope this helps and let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you!  Yes, this did help.  I never clicked on the "Show More Options" thus I still had one more title to update.  I'd only updated the very first one that's listed at the top.
