Input Table in card form changes it's values

Every time I make an input table with multiple dropdown menus, it glitches and changes what i typed in the dropdown menu selections. Ive typed the same thing in the dropdown menu about 20 times and the program keeps changing it. I even tried restarting my computer, restarting my browser, everything. please help.

Can you tell us if the value changes after you submit the form? I cloned your form and tested it by making a couple of submissions and it worked fine. 

This may have been caused by the browser's cache hence I request you to clear your browser's cache. I have also cleared your form cache.
