- elitehipsterAnswered on May 24, 2010 at 08:15 AMim wondering this too. however i think when i use to be with jotform back in the day, you could handle billing on interlogy.comim trying to figure this out since I changed my cc info on my paypal and paypal cancelled all subscriptions under the deleted cc.i dont want to revert to free or the NEW premium. i joined jotform because it was unlimited for 9.99i contacted support about this... they said you're just suppose to go to upgrade and upgradce it again. unless you know the exact time you purchased your previous subscription, then youre either going to pay twice or youll be reverted to free (your users may get over the limit message). that would SUCKi really really hope that jotform makes a billing place for us to log into
- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on May 24, 2010 at 08:15 AMYour payment was made using our payment gateway: Plimus. So, we do not have access to your credit card information. You might be able to change your credit card info by logging into your Plimus account. You will need to find out your Plimus username (a long string of numbers) from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email.
That will reset your password and you can then login there to change the CC details.
If you cannot do that, I can cancel your subscription and you can re-subscribe your account when it expires.
