Ability to integrate rapidmail with JotForm

    Hello,

I like to connect/integrate the newsletter-system Rapidmail.de with JotForm. From Rapidmail.de I received api-codes. But could I integrate these in JotForm? Rapidmail.de is one of the systems which works on EU-server and follows the EU-data-protect-laws.

You can setup SMTP and use your rapidmail email to receive SMTP emails with your form submission.

    Please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.

Thank you. But I am not sure, that this is a solution for my question. If a user fills a JotForm-register-form to receive newsletters "name, email-address" - the task is: if this user fills "name, email-adress" in a form made with JotForm, how could receive Rapidmail this as a new Newsletter-receiver? (Rapidmail is a software like MailChimp oder GetResponse - but unfortunately you do not offer a integration for Rapidmail).

We are sorry that the direct integration with Rapidmail is not available at the moment. Based on the API provided by them, you may send the form data to Rapidmail by creating a custom page to use the Rapidmail API and thank you page custom page redirection.

We are also forwarding the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.

    Thanks!

    Hello,
I use Jotform as a German user. As you could see in the screenshot in the admin-section is date correct „TT-MM-JJJJ“ - but the result
    https://form.jotformeu.com/73644016853357
shows only English abbreviations DD-MM-YYYY. And between Date and Time stands „at“ - but in German it has to be „um“ (translation from at).
    Could you correct this, please?

    Viele Grüße,
    Andreas Lange
