The form even when embedded on a website is by default mobile responsive. This means that you can create a larger form and it will automatically adjust to the size of the screen of the device where you are viewing it.
Since you haven't had any submissions in your form, you can try to recreate your form and embed that new form to your website.
I have created a form based on the form on your website — https://form.jotform.com/92272696280969
You can also just create a clone of that form to your account — How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
The form looks like this when viewed on desktop:
And it looks like this when viewed on a mobile device:
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know

Michelle WinterReplied on August 16, 2019 at 10:18 PMJust so you know, when I made the original form, I created it big, to fit the desktop size. When I tested it on my mobile device, it was NOT small enough (the fill-in spots were too long), so I looked up the answer on your website, which said to create a form that was 320px, so that when it shows up on mobile devices, it will work. That fixed the problem on the mobile by going with the 320px recommendation, but then the regular desktop looks small.
SO, you are saying it is mobile responsive, but it is not….
Also, you are telling me that the instructions on your own website are incorrect. Here is a link to the article I read:
https://www.jotform.com/help/35-The-Importance-of-Form-Widths
I will look at what you have done.
Thank you for your help,
Michelle

Please note that the forms built using JotForm are mobile responsive by default. It is not required to make any adjustments manually for mobile screens unless there are special requirements. You may set the form width to fit the desktop screen as per your requirement and the mobile screen should be displaying normally in responsive mode.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
