Form not connecting with Captcha on mobile devices

    When I had captcha on the form and tried to fill out the form on a mobile device it always said it was unable to connect with captcha, so it wanted the entire page refreshed...never could get it to work, so I took it off.

    May we know which captcha field are you referring to, please?

    Also, if possible, would you be able to share with us a screenshot of the issue?

    Is the issue only happening when you submit the form embedded on your website? Or, it is happening even when you submit the form using its direct link? Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    Sorry, I didn’t respond to the further questions.
    It was on my mobile devices that it happened. I would go to my contact page, and it would look normal, then, as I’m filling out the form, when I’d get to the bottom of the page where I had the captcha, it would say that it had lost contact and couldn’t complete the process. It wouldn’t let me submit a form. I already deleted the captcha, so I don’t have any pictures of it. If you want me to try again, I can.
