Problem with Emails Notifications

    Hi,

    I built a form. but i don't receive email notification in my personnal mail adress.

    So, when i want to add my email address in notification field, i can't choose "webmail" in "Reply-to Email" field. What option should i take to make it work correctly?

     

    Moreover when i try to change the e mail address of receiver for a test, jot form tell me "E-mail sent to xxxxxxx@xxx.com but 

    -firstly i don't receive email notification in my webmail box.

    -Secondly its not the secondary email address but my default email address.

    Hi Matt,

    Your email address ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason.

    blacksad1@free.fr is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 421-'Too many spams from your IP (199.255.193.234), please visit http://postmaster.free.fr/'

    I have now removed it so it should now start working again. You are not receiving responses via email due to your automated email filter according to the provided reason. In order to avoid this from occuring again, check this article: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues.
