Why my account is suspended?

Your account is suspended. The form 92255159136156 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. Oh ok, I understand. We are not charging our customers, just collecting their card info to have on file which we charge through our physical system in house. Being that I’m brand new to your site, is there a way to collect the information we need safely? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sorry, but, we do not allow our customers to collect credit card info on forms due to our PCI certification. This is also restricted according to our TERMS:

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials.

We do have authorized payment processors, which allow you to collect payments from your customers or charge them at a later date. You can find the list of payment processors here:
