Double charge for registration

    Hi there, 


    when submitting registration for an event, people are being double charged after submission. 


    why is this happening?

    I checked the logs for your form: https://www.jotform.com/build/92134485721154 and I saw double submissions.

    Could you please advise if your form is embedded in a website by any chance?

    It is hyperlinked on a webpage at the moment. should it be embedded?

    We do recommend having the form embedded but ultimately it is your choice if you'd like to do so. I did check the current submissions and I did see the testing submission to duplicate and then the last two submissions were fine with only one submission show.

    Once you embed the form can you please provide us the link to submit a testing submission on our end and further investigate.
