I have a form for a client... but it shows ME as the sender of the ...

    copy of the form submitted that the receipient (the one who filled out the form) receives.


    I hope I am being clear but there really should be an easy way to change who the form is sent from.  I mean really now.  I just upgraded to the paid version and I need this to be answered as my client is mad.

    Hi Dave,

    You can have the email sender changed by going to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Auto Responder 1. Click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings and then modify the Sender Name and Email to your liking. 

    Also, do note that whenever you create a new form, and a new notification or auto responder email alert, the Sender Email and Name automatically defaults to your account information. Therefore you need to update the account info to reflect your client's.

    You can do so by clicking on Account Settings at the bottom of the page



    Update the account information.
