Why has the submission time changed for all the entries in the latest report?

    Hi,

    I just noticed that the time of submission for all the form submissions has changed by an hour in the most recent submission list. So for example a form submission made on 18 February at 19:13:36 (which I downloaded on 27 Feb) now shows as 18:13:36 in the file I downloaded yesterday. ALL the entries in the old file are an hour displaced by an hour in the new one. Can you explain why this should happen? I suspect this may have someting to do with the summer time change but I certainly do not expect it to alter the information for the previous submissions in any way.

    Is there a system change you can implement to show the correct times in the form submissions?

    I understand your concer on regards to the time change for your entries around that were collected around Feb 27.

    Like you said , it might be due to the daylight saving time, which occurred on March 10

    I have forwarded your concern to our developers so they can further explain and fix

    Just to clarify, the last time I downloaded the entries was on the 16th March (yesterday). Prior to that I have downloaded a number of times, including on the 27th february. I found that the submission times recorded for the entires in the latest downoad had shifted by an hour. I can only attribute this to the daylight savings, but that should not have happened.

    Certainly sounds like a bug that needs looking into and I look forward to hearing back from your development team.

    Are you sure you have not changed your time-zone from Account Settings page?

    http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    You can change your time zone back from that page if that's the cause.
