very long delays in sending mails

    my account is (login) sudetsol


    it seems that there are delays of more then 30minuntes to send the replies and

    autoreplies to me and customers.

    my receiving mail adress is and jotform isn t blacklisted nor spam


    Is it possible that your system throttels these mails, & sometimes even ignores it??


    I have i pay service with jotform and also expect this to be more accurate

    I understand delays of 5min but not delays of 30 to 40 minutes

    I think you need to tweak the email settings in your email notifications

    For example, I just checked  the one in

    And I found that the Sender email address should be set to rather than being mapped to the email field in the form, this way it will avoid delays as gmail  servers will detect the domain on the sender is the same as the one used to send the message



    On regards to autoresponders, it can be the case that for some users, the message will go to spam.

    At any rate, please check the guide below to prevent and fix email issues
