Secure our FTP connection using IP address or Domain name

Hi I was wondering if you can give me IP addresses for FTP? Also can you specify static IP ranges or a domain name the traffic comes from (i.e. ftp.jotforms.com) so we can limit it. We are trying to secure the connection so that we aren't exposed to the public.

We use dynamic cloud environments, so unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a range of IPs. Some of the JotForm IPs are listed in this article, but this is not guaranteed that these IPs will be used for our FTP integration.

    Hi Mike,

Is there a hostname/FQDN that you use that you can give us?

    Thanks.

    Mike,

Can you get back to me? I was hoping for an FQDN that you can provide us with. Is that possible? Fully Qualified Domain Name?

    Thanks.

I am afraid we do not use any specific FQDN for our FTP integration.

However, we are currently using a Google Cloud platform. So you may try whitelisting connections from the Google Cloud platform:

    *.bc.googleusercontent.com

    Hi Mike.

So we are trying to secure the connection as well as whitelist. We will be testing this new connection and I'll post how it worked.

    Thank you.

    Jerrica.
