How can I turn off to receive an email for every submitted form ?

Hello, 

To turn off email notifications for form submission, you can consider deleting the notification emails from your form's SETTINGS page. 

To do this, you can click the SETTINGS at the top of the form builder, Click the EMAILS on the left sidebar, hover your mouse on the NOTIFICATION and click the delete icon.
