Can you please explain how the pricing works and what would be the best option for us?

We are looking at doing an annual dance competition and like the way your forms work.  

Can you please explain how the pricing works and what would be the best option for us?  We will have dancers apply for more than one dance and all up we will want about 400 dances for this competition.  If all goes well we will do more competitions later on.

Hello Hayley,

You have to focus on the number of dancers who will apply. Let's say you will have more than a hundred dancers, but not more than 1000, the Bronze plan would be enough for you. The bronze plan allows you to receive up to 1000 regular submissions month. However, if you require a payment (i.e Paypal) for each application, the Bronze plan only allows you up to 100 payments. In this case, you should go for the Silver plan. The Silver plan gives you 10, 000 regular submissions and 1, 000 payment submissions. 

We also do not upgrade accounts automatically. You will have to initiate the upgrade. To upgrade, please follow our steps in the following guide:
