Hi,

I didn't have any problem accessing your form. Are your users showing any error when they try to access your form? Or you could ask your users for a screenshot or could give a description of any error message of what they are showing on their end for us to investigate on it.

You can send your form directly to the user through email, and there are quick share options on the  Publish page.
