AirTable Integration Not working for Files

The airtable integration can be incredibly quirky. you basically have tp use all short text fields to be able to parse the information as you please and even then may run into some issues.

I've got pretty much everything about the integration working except, when pictures or files are submitted they are not being synced to the airtable at all

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have made some tests but I was not able to reproduce the issue that you are having.

In my Airtable account, I have an Upload Image field which will accept File Uploads or E-Signature.

To do that, you need to set the field type of the field in Airtable as "Attachment".

The image below shows the uploaded image from a form submission in JotForm.

You can still change the file type of the existing field in Airtable and then update the integration after.
