How do I Integrate InfusionSoft?

hi there

I ve tried googling articles or videos on how i can add a customised dropdown fro infusionsoft but i havnt had any luck

i ve added the widget as per screen shot however not sure what the next step is? i t wont let me type the id in the tab

Also what would your suggestion be in terms of what question type i should use if I have a list that looks like this? multiple choice or drop down - i am not sure as i dont think . that jot form caters for all these options?

Have you tried to integrate InfusionSoft via the Integration as shown:

Please authenticate your account once you get the above screen, you would be connected to the integration and then map the Form fields one by one. Make a test submission and then check if the data is passing to the CRM or not.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

We will address your second concern in a separate thread to avoid any confusion.
