How to configure a drop-down option?

Also what would your suggestion be in terms of what question type i should use if I have a list that looks like this? multiple choice or drop down - i am not sure as i dont think . that jot form caters for all these options?

To add the above list you may use the drop-down from the left side of the page in the Form elements:

One thing I noted that there is less than sign in your options so please replace it with "less than" words so your options should look like this:

Due to technical limitations, you cannot use ">" or "<" inside the options.
