Every time I go to look at the files uploaded to a form, it will not pull up any of the jpeg or pdfs. It says an error such as 404 not found

we have six submissions and none of the uploads are working

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please make sure that you're logged in when trying to download the attachment from submission email.

With that said, you can check your privacy settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

And uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" if you want to be able to access uploads without being logged in.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

I have been testing the links and I can see the following shows up:

    15661605772019 08 18 14h26 48 Screenshot 10

This error means that the files did not reach our servers, I would recommend you to kindly ask the users to submit the files again, you may provide them the edit link so they do not resubmit a new form.

First, find the submission ID following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID

Then use the following link to edit your link: wwww.jotform.com/edit/submissionID

If the issue persists, please kindly provide us more details about how the users submit the issue, you may provide details about the browser they are using and if your form is embedded, please share us the link where it's embedded on so we can perform some tests.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

I was able to reproduce the issue when I tried to download the uploaded files of your form. However, I did not get the same issue on a cloned version of your form.

May I suggest that you try uploading files with "simple" filenames to your form, please?

Also, can you try submitting your form from its direct link/URL (Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL) and not from the website where it is embedded, please?

We will wait for your response.
