Form is down...page cannot be found message. Not great timing as there is one day before an ordering deadline.

Such link does not exist in your account, that's why it does not work, if you want to create a custom URL you may refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form 

Otherwise you may simply share the default form URL. 

The link has been working for over a month.  This link:  http://form.jotform.com/73606798884982    is the original link and works.   We just wrote over it so it was consistent with a previous years order form.

I went to the custom create a site like you suggested and it looks like the URL ending changed.  I fixed it and published and I think it is up and running now.   Strange.
