Form - JotForm Promotion

I created a form and the link includes a "Now create your own Jot Form - it's free" promotion ad at the bottom of the form. Is this because I have signed up for the free trial or is this something that will show on the link regardless? Please let me know if there is a way to remove it.

What you are seeing at the bottom of your form is the JotForm Branding. It can be removed from the account after the account has been upgraded to a paid subscription.

Once you have upgraded your account, you can go to the settings page of your account to disable the JotForm Branding.
