Hello, we are getting a message that we have exceeded our allocated quota for our jotform. What does this mean and how can we fix it?

That means that your account is over the limit for Free subscription. Specifically, you're over the uploads limit. You can either remove submissions that hold uploads (please be mindful that removed submissions cannot be recovered) or you can upgrade to a higher plan: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Hi Nik thank you. How do I remove the submissions - we don’t need them! Could you please let me know how to do it?

You select the desired form (from which you want to remove submissions) in My Forms section: https://www.jotform.com
And view the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
Where you can delete them:
