Element "Section" from fillable pdf editor not available

In the introduction video to creating a fillable pdf form, it is clearly shown how a basic element called 'section' is dragged and dropped to become the header of the form that contains the logos etc.  Where is this element in the editor?

The "Section" field is now titled as "Box" under the Elements tab of the PDF Editor. Please see the screenshot below.
